Payment Instructions:

  1. Send your reservation deposit.
  2. Take a screenshot of your successful payment or download the receipt from your banking app.
  3. Send your proof of payment through any of our messaging platforms (TikTok, Instagram, or Email).
  4. Wait for confirmation within 12–24 hours.

This allows us to secure your chosen schedule and coordinate with your freediving coach. or school. Payments may appear under the founder’s registered account name.

4. After Payment

Once we receive your proof of payment:

✔ Your curated freediving experience will be officially booked
✔ We will arrange your tailored freediving experience
✔ You will receive your booking confirmation
✔ We will send your dive details

The Refund Policy

1. If YOU choose to cancel your booking

If you decide to cancel your booking for personal reasons:

  • 70% of your deposit will be refunded
  • 30% is non-refundable because it covers pre-booking and coordination work already completed on your behalf

Example:
Deposit: ₱5,000
Refund: ₱3,500
Non-refundable (coordination fee): ₱1,500

This applies regardless of when the cancellation is made, because suppliers require advance holding, and some coordination steps begin immediately after confirming your reservation.

2. If WE cannot proceed with your booking for reasons beyond your control

If Froyows Travel & Freediving needs to cancel due to:

  • severe weather conditions
  • safety concerns raised by the coach or school
  • unavailability caused by partner-side issues
  • health-related restrictions
  • force majeure events

You will receive:

  • a 100% refund of your reservation deposit
    OR
  • full transfer of your deposit to a new date of your choice

Your convenience and safety remain our top priorities.

3. Rescheduling Terms

If you wish to move your booking:

  • Rescheduling is allowed at least 5 days before your dive date, subject to availability
  • Your deposit will simply be transferred to your new date
  • Rescheduling less than 5 days before your booking may incur supplier rebooking fees, depending on the location and providers involved

We will always communicate any costs transparently before proceeding.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up on the dive date without prior notice:

  • Your reservation deposit becomes fully non-refundable

This is because all suppliers (school, coach, transport, cottages) allocate fixed slots for your experience.

By submitting your reservation deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy stated above.
