THE BOOKING PROCESS:
Skip the stress and leave the planning to us. All you need to do is show up and enjoy the experience!
STEP 1: Submit Your Booking Requirements (FREE)
Tell us your preferred date, group size, location, diving level, and whether you want a simple freedive session or a fully curated end-to-end experience.
This helps us understand:
- What type of experience do you want
- Your schedule
- Transport needs
- Rest base preferences
- Your freediving goals
Once submitted, we will send you a high-level estimated price range so you know what to expect.
No payment is needed at this stage.
STEP 2: Receive Your Estimated Price Range
Based on your requirements, we will send you a quotation range that includes all expected components of your experience, such as:
- Freediving session or course
- Transportation (if needed)
- Boat rental (if needed)
- Rest cottages or day-use spaces
- Coordination support
- Any add-ons you requested
- Dedicated guide or coordinator (for dive tours)
This helps you understand the budget before committing.
STEP 3: Secure Your Reservation (₱5,000 – ₱10,000 Deposit or Downpayment, Per Person)
If you wish to proceed, a reservation deposit (or downpayment) is required to:
- Lock your preferred date
- Begin securing slots with partner schools
- Hold transport, boat, or cottage arrangements
- Finalize your full package itinerary
This deposit protects your selected date and compensates for the coordination work needed to build your experience.
The reservation deposit cost depends on your chosen dive site.
The reservation fee is fully deductible from your final package price.
STEP 4: Receive Your Final Quotation + Locked-In Itinerary
After your reservation is confirmed, we will finalize:
- school/coach availability
- transport schedule
- boat rentals
- cottages or rest spaces
- full package inclusions
- coordinator ot guide
You will receive a final confirmed quotation with no hidden fees.
STEP 5: Settle the 50% Down Payment to Book Everything
To officially reserve your slots with our partner schools and suppliers, a 50% down payment is required.
Once paid, we will secure all bookings on your behalf.
STEP 6: Enjoy a Seamless and Stress-Free Freediving Experience
On the day of your session, simply show up, relax, and enjoy.
Your coach or school will guide you through the entire experience, with everything arranged in advance.
NOTE: In case of weather, health, or safety concerns, we will coordinate alternative arrangements or rescheduling options with our partner schools. The reservation deposit is refundable only if we cannot proceed with your booking due to reasons beyond your control.
We will take care of the coordination so you can prepare for a smooth and meaningful freediving experience. Please expect a reply within 12 to 24 hours.
